• Engagement Strategy: Partner with leadership to design and deliver programs that boost engagement and satisfaction across the employee journey.
• Milestone Recognition: Coordinate anniversary acknowledgments (5–30 years) and retirement celebrations that honor employees and their families.
• Recognition Programs: Launch and manage company-wide initiatives that spotlight great work and foster appreciation.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement measurable enhancements to the employee experience.
• Talent Development: Support site-level activities, training sessions, and development plans that empower employees and leaders.
• Feedback & Analysis: Lead surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to uncover insights and drive meaningful change.
• Employee Relations: Build trusted relationships across teams, provide coaching, and monitor organizational “pulse.”
• Event Planning: Organize engaging employee events and activities that bring teams together.
• Community Engagement: Launch local programs and sponsorships that showcase our brand and values.
• Alumni Relations: Maintain connections with retirees and former employees through updates and annual gatherings.
