Qualifications: * A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required * Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or related field required * Strong business acumen with the ability to connect employee engagement back to company objectives * Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction * Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with limited supervision in a fast paced deadline environment * Must be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities * Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must have ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with community partners and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating WWT’s core values * Up to 25% of the time Domestic Travel only Want to learn more about WWT? A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $62,800 to $78,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Join WWT today!  What will you be doing? The Employee Engagement Specialist resides in the Employee Engagement Team within Global Employee Experience department in Global Human Resources. This role provides thought leadership on driving employee engagement throughout the organization. Responsibilities: * Assists with design and implementation of our global employee engagement strategy * Works with various teams throughout the company, to manage and implement employee engagement surveys * Implements and supports programs to measure company success around retention * Keeps informed of best-in-class practices and make ongoing recommendations to create a more impactful employee and community engagement experience * Works with teams to evaluate effective recognition programs, leveraging existing corporate program framework * Works with marketing social media team to utilize social media sites to keep interested parties aware of program development and implementation * Prepares and maintains internal reports and coordinate internal meetings to develop strategies and implement plan
