Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Employee Experience Advisor is responsible for managing Employee Experience (EX) projects and for maintaining, analyzing, trending and reporting on employee feedback and satisfaction. The individual will be required to partner with various departments and employees at all levels to further develop and grow the employee experience initiative. They will support and promote the EX team’s vision to provide a seamless, enjoyable employee experience across all Altasciences’ sites/business units.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

  • Responsible to maintain and enhance and oversee the employee feedback loop (including analyzing onboarding, milestone, turnover, stay and exit survey data.).
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback to produce metrics that can be shared with HR and Management (i.e. through Workday dashboards, analyzing company demographics)
  • Use strong data analysis and storytelling skills to connect EX insights and analytics to business issues/objectives and identify needs and suggest relevant Employee Experience strategies.
  • Create and maintain the Employee Journey map within Altasciences in order to look for areas to optimize and make the journey more enjoyable and seamless for employees.
  • Implement new or alternate tools and processes to better understand our employees’ expectations and capture feedback, e.g., surveys, other listening posts, personas.
  • Work and collaborate with the Internal Communications team, to drive the employee experience story and streamline the experience through communications content.
  • Create/manage corporate engagement events alongside Internal Communications and site-specific Employee Activities Committees (i.e. Plan and coordinate virtual & in-person employee events).
  • Build trusting, open and collaborative relationships with employees and leaders (including Human Resources, Internal Communications, Procurement, Facilities, IT, Marketing and Operational Management) across the organization to support creating a work environment that reduces irritants and increases positive moments, enhancing the employee experience.
  • Be able to lead, execute and collaborate on EX Research and EX improvement projects and provide support to leaders to increase engagement. (i.e. create project plans)
  • Be an EX ambassador within the organization and promote and encourage an employee centric culture (including projects such as Core values promotion, Onboarding swag, work space betterment and wall decals etc.)
  • Support and participate in the ongoing process improvement (revamping) of the Onboarding and Offboarding Processes (Including updating presentation and training materials)
  • Play a supporting role with the Environmental, Social and Governance work as this area of focus continues to grow within the organization.
  • Support Client Experience colleagues as needed.
