POSITION SUMMARY

The Employee Experience Coordinator is a key cultural ambassador and operational driver for Zazou Salon & Academy, ensuring every touchpoint of the employee journey is positive, inspiring, and aligned with our brand values. This role supports employee engagement, recognition, training logistics, communications, and onboarding—while also assisting with talent recruitment to help us grow an amazing team that reflects our culture and vision.

TALENT RECRUITMENT

  • Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions that reflect Zazou’s brand voice and values.
  • Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.
  • Support outreach strategies to attract diverse and qualified talent (e.g., career fairs, social campaigns, school partnerships).
  • Help maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in Leadership Role, preferably in Hospitality
  • HR, employee engagement, or recruitment coordination experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail and event planning.
  • Empathetic, resourceful, and enthusiastic about team well-being and team growth.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, HRIS tools, and communication platforms.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Background in customer experience or salon/spa operations is an asset.
  • Creativity in program and event development.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with initiative to lead.
