In the Employee Experience Lead Strategy Analyst role, you will combine creativity, strategy, and execution to design innovative and meaningful company-wide initiatives that foster a high-performing culture and connected employee experience. This role has a deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, bridges insights, business strategy, and data analytics to execute and continuously advance the overall employee experience. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional team members on key priorities to help advance Equitable’s mission and ensure that all initiatives are aligned with Equitable’s long-term goals. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Lead the development and execution of Equitable’s employee experience strategy, initiating and utilizing external and internal insights into the drivers of engagement and the link to the company’s performance. Monitor the employee journey, ensuring that each touchpoint – from onboarding to exit – positively supports the needs of our workforce. Analyze key trends in areas such as employee engagement and recognition programs ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, business goals, and the evolving needs of a modern workforce. Analyze employee feedback data to identify trends and develop targeted improvement plans. Design and manage initiatives to regularly recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones (e.g., gift card program, service anniversary program) Collect quantitative and qualitative data and develop metrics and dashboards to measure the success of employee experience programs. Partner with communications team to create messaging that engages and informs employees about ongoing and upcoming experience initiatives. Cross-functionally engages with the Recruiting, Marketing, Communications and Social Impact teams, to market Equitable as an employer of choice and attract top talent. Develop and manage budgets for employee experience initiatives. In office schedule: This team member will be working in office a minimum of 2 days per week. The base salary range for this position is $108,000 - $160,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience Proven track record of successful implementing change management programs. Analytical abilities to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment. Efficiency with cross-functional collaboration and executive stakeholder management. Ability to manage multiple high priority projects and can perform tasks without strict oversight. Preferred Qualifications: Precise verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience working in Microsoft Office. Skills Continuous Learning: Understanding of the rationale behind the necessity to continually learn and grow and the ability to seek performance feedback and identify approaches to improve own performance and that of others. Data Gathering and Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to gather and analyze data on the learning needs of a target population. Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Market Research: Knowledge of market research; ability to collect, collate and analyze information about existing or potential markets and market needs. Planning - Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. Results Orientation: Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion. Storytelling: Knowledge of concepts and ability to plan, create and present business proposals, initiatives and ideas by storytelling actual business scenarios that are situation-specific, engaging, memorable and persuasive as compared to one-way, fact-based presentations.
