Description

Execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with Teltonika's IoT goals and growth objectives.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment to hire top talent for our growing teams in different locations.
Lead and mentor and grow the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Identify emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition across Middle East and integrate them into processes.
Continuously analyze and improve recruitment workflows and practices to meet growth targets.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to offer negotiation—in line with global policies.
Collaborate with global hiring managers to define job requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience while promoting our employee value proposition.
Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide insights and reports.
Partner closely with regional leadership teams to support business expansion and workforce planning across multiple markets.
