Job Description
As the Employee Experience Manager, you’ll drive a positive workplace culture and foster strong connections through impactful, meaningful experiences. You’ll independently lead our culture, wellness, and gifting programs from ideation through execution, including feedback collection, needs analysis, planning, and budget management.

Success in this role requires a blend of operational excellence and agility, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. You’ll need to thrive as a self-starter and team player, working collaboratively within a matrixed environment to bring thoughtful, adaptable solutions to life. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Manage events from concept to completion, overseeing logistics, timelines, and budgets to deliver seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences.
  • Remote & Onsite Engagement: Design events that connect U.S. employees across remote and onsite settings, using technology and creativity to foster engagement.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with international teams, particularly in Israel, to adapt Employe Experience’s global vision into culturally relevant programs for U.S. teams.
  • Back-office & Procurement: Handle back-office tasks like purchase orders, procurement, and contract negotiations with legal to ensure compliance and manage risk.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality services that meet company standards.
  • Budgeting & Resource Management: Oversee event and program budgets, tracking expenditures and providing status updates to ensure cost-effective, impactful programming.
  • Adaptability & Localization: Customize global initiatives to resonate within the American context, using creativity and flexibility to meet local needs.
  • Travel: Support regional initiatives with quarterly U.S. travel, including short-notice trips as required.
