We’re looking for a passionate Employee Experience Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month parental leave cover, driving initiatives that make NEXTDC a place where people feel connected, included, and inspired to do their best work. In this role, you’ll lead and shape the programs that define our culture and employee experience. Specifically, you will: Lead and evolve our Employee Listening Strategy, including the annual engagement survey, and support our Business Partners to work with leaders on turning insights into meaningful action Deliver on our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) commitments by leading our DEI Committee and driving initiatives that build a truly inclusive workplace Lead and report on our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), embedding reconciliation into the way we work and partnering with our RAP Working Group Evolve our knowledge management sites (SharePoint/Manager Hub), ensuring information is simple, accessible and enables self-service capability for managers and employees Deliver wellbeing initiatives, community partnerships and employee engagement programs that bring our values to life We're happy to consider applications from candidates based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney!
