YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience designing and delivering modern end-user Employee Experience solutions, with a broad understanding of services such as onsite support, back-end technologies, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong skills in developing high-quality proposals, including technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and cost models.
  • Confidence in engaging with clients, listening actively, and translating technical concepts into clear, relatable language.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive approach to learning and sharing knowledge about market trends and technical innovations.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

  • Solution Design & Development: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure EUX solutions tailored to specific client requirements and utilising leading technologies and approaches. This includes selecting appropriate components from the portfolio and working with partners in order to create a tailored solution to maximise the End User Experience
  • Presales Support: Act as the SME lead in the presales process, working closely with sales teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep expertise across the Employee Experience Portfolio and related technologies. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business challenges and technical requirements, and articulate the value proposition of the proposed solutions. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Competitive Analysis: Understand competitive pressures on price and identify cost levers to deliver the most cost-effective and competitive solutions.
