EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

We seek a detailed-oriented and motivated Employee Experience Specialist. This position will report to the Associate Director, Human Resources, and play a key role in shaping a welcoming, efficient, and engaging work environment for both prospective and existing team members. Your work will ensure that every interaction—from candidate interviews to day-to-day office experiences—reflects our values and commitment to excellence. This position will support Human Resources as well as partner with our Executive Assistant to provide the organization with office support. It offers an opportunity to learn and grow in human resources and administrative operations. Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration and human resources
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Ability to come onsite 4 days per week
  • Experience with technology such as Office Suite, specifically Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint HRIS and benefits administration platforms preferre
Responsibilities
  • Create an exceptional candidate and new hire experience, including scheduling interviews and debriefs, preparing onsite logistics, and ensuring all onboarding systems and equipment are in place for a smooth first day.
  • Coordinate core HR operations, such as maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS (Paycor), managing benefits enrollment and leave tracking, supporting payroll in collaboration with Finance, and assisting with immigration paperwork and compliance.
  • Support internship and co-op programs, working cross-functionally to provide a positive experience for early-career professionals.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, organizing employee engagement events, team celebrations, and weekly company lunches that strengthen our community.
  • Manage daily office operations, including ordering supplies, stocking the kitchen and coffee areas, maintaining common spaces, and coordinating AV and room setups for meetings and events.
  • Provide hands-on support to the leadership team and executive staff, including scheduling large cross-functional meetings, greeting guests, validating parking, and ensuring smooth execution of high-impact gatherings.
  • Act as a connector across departments, identifying small moments that create a big impact on employee satisfaction and engagement—from a well-run meeting to a welcoming reception area.
