Job Title: Employee Experience Uniform Coordinator
Job Status: Year Round 11 Months
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $2172.50 to $2330.77+ biweekly amount, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Summary:
The Employee Experience Uniform Coordinator excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving abilities within operations to uphold exceptional guest service standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team, possesses excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, and is proactive in their approach.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the issuance, return tracking, laundering, and follow-up of all employee uniform items. The coordinator also manages nametag production to ensure compliance with uniform guidelines and supervises Gear Up, the employee uniform and retail shop. Duties related to Gear Up involve intake, inventory management, and tracking of retail products, maintaining stock levels, supporting the Employee Experience Manager with product ordering, and processing invoices.
Additionally, this role is accountable for managing electronic forms, HR-related employee websites, internal SharePoint pages, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The coordinator will further assist with workers’ compensation tracking, onboarding and other HR processes, Recruitment tasks as needed, as well as thoroughly inspecting used uniforms to determine appropriate end-of-life actions such as donation or upcycling.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the management of Gear Up, the employee uniform store, including inventory control, ordering, merchandising, and daily operations.
- Negotiate terms/products/deliveries with key vendors
- Oversee the distribution of uniforms to all Copper Mountain Resort employees and volunteers, ensuring they maintain a professional image.
- Issue, return and track all uniform items using the appropriate computer program and Copper uniform agreement forms.
- Handle laundering and restocking of uniforms, inspecting for damage or stains.
- Assess used uniforms to determine eligibility for reissue, donation, or upcycling.
- Facilitate the production and distribution of nametags within 48 hours of request.
- Knowledgeable of and able to respond to inquiries regarding industry discounts or pro-deals, updating tracking information and internal communications as needed.
- Educate employees on our policies related to damage and lost item charges.
- Set the example of proper grooming and appearance standards.
- Manage the Gear Up retail area, ensuring products are adequately stocked, seasonally rotated, and correctly priced.
- Assist with ordering processes, inventory management, and forecasting activities.
- Maintain a secure work environment with focus on Loss Prevention.
- Oversee chemical inventory in the laundry room and provide staff training on proper usage.
- Ensure all records related to uniforms and retail items are accurate and up-to-date.
- Comfortable taking direction from Resort Leadership and/or upper management.
- Comfortable working directly with the IT department and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently or as part of a team across multiple storage areas and within the Gear Up office/retail location.
- Comfortable providing direction and/or delegating tasks to coworkers.

- Ensure all work areas are locked when not in use and at the end of every shift before clocking out.
- Process credit card transactions in accordance with accounting reporting guidelines.
- Runs all daily closing reports and internal/external mail in a timely and appropriate manner according to our standard operating procedure.
- Support HR front-desk operations, including onboarding, offboarding, managing inbox communications, and completing Workday task assignments.
- Uphold and exceed guest service standards by utilizing active problem-solving skills to address and de-escalate arising issues.
- Manage and coordinate employee training specific to Gear Up and provide assistance with HR training as needed.
- Offer leadership and direction to the front desk team, including training, SOP development, and problem resolution; support the Employee Experience Manager in overseeing Front Desk and Gear Up functions.
- Collaborate closely with the Employee Experience Manager and HR Coordinator to optimize processes and contribute constructive feedback during meetings.
- Develop strong working relationships with company supervisors and management.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information such as wage data, EEO information and other personal material contained in employee files.
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, and coaching initiatives.
- Demonstrate commitment to creating positive experiences in every interaction with employees and guests.
- Ensure all POS stations have been closed appropriately.
- Actively participate in company meetings, trainings, and orientations to ensure success.
- Assists with monthly Playmaker recognition program, reviewing nomination results, email communication announcements and delegation of individual packet creation.
- Maintains the EDGE Meeting Rooms
- Schedules and responds to all calendar requests by the end of business day.
- Ensures rooms are clean, organized and locked after meetings.
- Follows and helps to create all Standard Operating Procedures and our Employee Experience Division Service Level Standards
- Support data-related projects such as employee list management and access database oversight.
- Assisting with development & maintenance of internal forms, apps, and related technology such as Zoho Forms, E-packet, Sign-Up Genius, SharePoint pages & MS Teams
- Assist the Employee Experience Manager and HR Coordinator in maintaining the accuracy of the HR internal employee website and internal SharePoint resource pages.
- Participates in Classes & Workshops for continued professional development.
Employee Relations:
- Assists in the facilitation of conflict resolution, facilitation and problem solving.

Preferred Experience and Special Skills:
- High School Diploma or comparable
- Bachelor or associate degree in HR related field preferred
- 1-2 years office/clerical experience, preferably within a payroll and/or HR environment
- Knowledge of Workday, RTP & Microsoft SharePoint Suite
- Conversational Spanish preferred
