EMPLOYEE FOR OUR FRENCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE HEADQUARTERS IN TREPPENDORF (M/F/D)

We care about our customers — we want them to feel comfortable and well looked after. This is where you come in! You enjoy working with people and don’t let things get out of hand. Is the Francophile area your home — literally or figuratively? Then we might be looking for you as a dedicated team member (m/f/d) in our French customer service in the headquarters in Treppendorf. You will be our company’s calling card, the first point of contact for our customers when they have questions about their order or purchased product via chat, phone and email.

WITH US, YOUR KNOWLEDGE, YOUR TALENT AND YOUR IDEAS WILL FIND THE RIGHT STAGE. YOU SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU:

  • You are fluent in written and spoken French and English
  • Ideally, you are passionate about music yourself and/or have experience in the music industry
  • You already have experience in supporting and advising customers
  • You show a high degree of initiative, commitment, team spirit and goal orientation
  • Competent, courteous interaction with customers is one of your strengths
  • You have experience in using a PC and common office applications
  • Ideally, you speak another language

  • First-level after-sales support — you advise and support our customers by phone, email or chat in the international area
  • You look after our customers by phone, email and chat and represent their concerns and interests
  • You are responsible for an area of responsibility and make independent decisions to initiate and coordinate returns, exchange of goods, credit notes and repairs
  • You take care of the convenient processing of orders and services
  • You work continuously with our specialist service and workshops and coordinate with them
