What You’ll Do: Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center is seeking a dependable and motivated Employee Housing Lead to support the daily maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of employee housing units and Kings Ridge Condominiums HOA. This role is responsible for both general maintenance and HOA-related upkeep and cleaning, ensuring employee housing meets safety, cleanliness, and community standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. This position is well suited for a candidate with residential maintenance experience who is interested in long-term growth and development within housing operations. Variable schedule including weekends and holidays. Full-time, year-round position with benefits eligibility. Position range $24.00-$27.00 per hour DOE Duties/Responsibilities: Perform general residential maintenance and repairs including, but not limited to, basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliance repair, and light HVAC troubleshooting. Complete assigned work orders efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship and resident satisfaction. Assist with preventative maintenance programs for employee housing units and common areas. Perform HOA general upkeep and cleaning, including: Cleaning and maintaining common areas, hallways, stairwells, entryways, and shared spaces Exterior upkeep such as trash and debris removal, sweeping, snow removal assistance, and general appearance maintenance Ensuring HOA standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation are consistently met Assist with unit turns, move-ins, and move-outs, including inspections, cleaning coordination, repairs, and unit readiness. Conduct routine inspections of housing units and common areas to identify maintenance needs, cleanliness issues, or safety concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities. Uphold safety standards, company policies, and local codes at all times. Provide courteous and professional service to employee residents, maintaining clear communication regarding maintenance requests. Assist the Employee Housing Manager with daily operations, special projects, and other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED - required 1+ years maintenance experience - required Residential maintenance experience preferred; multi-family or employee housing experience -preferred Working knowledge of basic building systems (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances) - required Ability to safely use hand and power tools and basic cleaning equipment.
