Summary
For the “Property Management” division, we are looking for an “Employee in the construction department in the Facility Management division (f/m/d)” at the Ulm location as soon as possible.
The “Property Management” department is responsible for the operation and value retention of the real estate for HENSOLDT in Ulm. From Ulm, we look after our locations and secondary locations throughout Germany.
Our division is responsible for all structural matters relating to the owner’s or user’s properties and real estate. Not only new builds and conversions are our strength, but also refurbishment and maintenance measures for HENSOLDT properties, as well as user-specific inquiries are part of our passion.
You will deal with inquiries of a structural and technical nature, and you will also be the direct contact for our users in the area of facility management / property management.
You will also coordinate fault reports from our CAFM system, as well as the interfaces between tradesmen and user requests.
Your tasks will also include the implementation of small projects and structural and technical conversions at the Ulm site, as well as keeping track of maintenance schedules.
As the direct contact person, you will act as the interface between the user and our department, as well as managing subcontractors and service providers and, if necessary, planners or technical experts.
