You’ll be responsible for the administration, oversight, and analysis of Deloitte’s employee listening portfolio; from delivering firmwide engagement surveys to managing key employee lifecycle moments such as onboarding and exit surveys.    What will your typical day look like?     Partnering closely with the Employee Listening Manager, you’ll be the trusted domain expert, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and business leaders, and ensuring we capture rich, meaningful feedback to enhance our employee experience.   You’ll administer the end-to-end delivery of employee listening initiatives, including confirming survey questions, managing cadence and timelines, and analysing results to deliver executive-ready insights.   As the technical owner of our Qualtrics platform, you’ll set up, update, and optimise surveys and dashboards, ensuring smooth implementation and governance. Your expertise in survey methodology and analysis will drive best practice recommendations and help translate feedback into strategic action for business leaders.   You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders across Talent, IT, data analytics, and external partners, making a tangible impact on the Deloitte employee experience.   About the team   Our Employee Listening team is at the forefront of creating a culture of continuous feedback and improvement. You’ll be supported in your professional growth and have the opportunity to influence how Deloitte listens, learns, and evolves.    Enough about us, let’s talk about you.     You may have all or some of the following skills and experiences: Some experience executing employee listening programs (e.g., engagement surveys, Voice of the Customer, NPS, onboarding/exit surveys) Some experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms Ability to manage diverse stakeholder requirements in strategy, survey design, reporting, and communication Strong knowledge of survey/research design methodology and analytical skills to interpret and communicate results Excellent communication skills, able to work across teams and with a wide range of stakeholders Experience managing firmwide projects and timelines Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (Organisational/Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business, etc.)   Why Deloitte?     At Deloitte, we focus our energy on interesting and impactful work. We’re always learning, innovating and setting the standard; making a positive difference to our clients and our society.
