Configuration, installation, and customer-specific customization of POS and credit card devices, including software loading (“imaging”)
Programming, performing functional tests and quality checks, as well as packaging and shipping POS systems, payment terminals, accessories, and consumable materials
Processing and fulfilling daily customer orders while adhering to defined quality, process, and time requirements
Conducting regular inventory checks and maintaining and updating inventory records
Ensuring compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and security requirements
Testing, cleaning, sorting, and refurbishing devices for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and reuse
Performing general activities in the areas of deployment, warehouse management, and device refurbishment as required

Ability to perform shipping processes, including packaging and pallet preparation
Knowledge of return and repair processes (RMA) is desirable
Willingness to comply with quality, attendance, and performance standards
Strong teamwork skills as well as the ability to independently organize and complete tasks
