Dispatch of tender documents, evaluation of bids and award of construction contracts
Evaluation of offers and creation of price comparisons
Selection of suitable companies for contract negotiations
Conducting contract award negotiations and independently negotiating contractor agreements.
Establishing contact with new companies as well as maintaining and strengthening existing business relationships.
Market observation and analysis of price trends
Factual and substantive review of supplementary offers as well as conducting supplementary negotiations.
Support in updating standard tender documents in cooperation with the relevant departments.
Participation and support in the further development of the procurement/purchasing department and optimization of processes.
