Since 2008, the Algesiologikum has been a unique therapy center in Germany for all patients suffering from pain. At the Algesiologikum Day Clinic for Pain Medicine, patients receive interdisciplinary, outpatient treatment. Your tasks:

  • Friendly welcome and care for our patients
  • Coordination of appointments and support in clinic organization
  • Documentation and management of patient data
  • Creating patient files, preparing for billing
  • Digitization of patient records
  • Performance review and documentation in SAP (admission and discharge of patients)

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the healthcare sector or students/career changers with an interest in healthcare.
  • Very good PC application skills
  • Professional experience is desirable.
  • Patient and service orientation as well as very good contact and communication skills
  • Social skills, especially teamwork and conflict resolution skills as well as empathy
  • Excellent organizational skills, a structured, careful and reliable work ethic, and a high degree of independence.
  • Good German skills, both spoken and written.
