Job Description

  • Creation and tracking of offers in coordination with the field sales team
  • Handling of correspondence in English and German
  • Maintenance and creation of new customer data in our CRM system
  • Creation of queries and lists in the CRM system
  • Processing of customer inquiries
  • Appointment management, including travel preparation and follow-up
  • Support in event organization and visitor management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The position requires a completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in inside sales or order processing
  • Very good MS Office skills; good knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and service orientation
    Additional Information
    The position will be filled on a temporary basis as a parental leave replacement
