Position Overview We are seeking a people-focused, highly organized professional whose primary mission is to create an exceptional onboarding experience for every new employee. As the first point of contact for all new hires, this role serves as the face of the employee experience—ensuring a smooth transition into the organization while driving long-term engagement and retention. This position acts as a key liaison between employees and HR, a benefits ambassador, and a champion of culture from day one. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Onboarding Leadership * Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new hires. * Serve as the first person every new employee meets—creating a welcoming, engaging, and informative first impression. * Coordinate orientation schedules, training sessions, documentation, and systems access. * Ensure new hires are fully integrated within their first 30, 60, and 90 days. HR Liaison * Act as the primary bridge between employees and the HR department. * Guide new hires through policies, procedures, and company resources. * Support managers in onboarding best practices and new hire engagement. * Escalate employee concerns appropriately while maintaining confidentiality. Benefits Ambassador * Clearly communicate employee benefits, perks, and wellness offerings. * Assist new hires with enrollment processes and answer benefit-related questions. * Partner with HR to ensure benefits information is current and accessible. * Promote participation in benefit programs that enhance employee satisfaction.
