Job Description We’re recruiting for a Employee Relations Advisor on a 12 months FTC to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary. We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team and help foster positive, constructive relationships between our people and the organisation. What you’ll be doing: Providing clear, practical employee relations advice aligned to people policies and procedures Managing and updating accurate employee records within HR systems Handling a range of ER queries and escalating complex matters appropriately Analysing case information to identify themes, risks and improvement opportunities Organising and prioritising workload to meet service level agreements Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the ER team Coaching and guiding managers on core HR processes and best practice Building positive working relationships with stakeholders, HR colleagues and union partners Who we’re looking for: Experience handling high‑volume HR or employee relations queries across multiple channels A sound understanding of employment legislation and HR policies and procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes, risk and options clearly Good judgement and analytical skills when assessing ER case information Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Confidence building trusted relationships with a range of stakeholders A customer‑focused approach with a commitment to fair and consistent outcomes CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
