ROLE OVERVIEW

An amazing opportunity to join the People Service Team at ivolve! This is a newly created role that presents the opportunity to really make a difference; to shape and mould the way we approach our internal ER activity. You’ll be supported by an ER Governance Manager who has a strong background in employment law knowledge. You’ll be confident operating autonomously within a great internal support network. You will have a high level of employment law knowledge and significant & demonstrable experience of its practical application in complex case management. ER management and employment law will be your niche, your specialism; and you’ll be passionate about delivering consistent and compliant ER outcomes. With this being a newly created role, you’ll need to remain fluid and open-minded to change as we develop the remit to support the needs of the business and ultimately, everything we do will drive a positive impact for the people we support.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Take the lead on Employee Relations case matters aligned to our operating regions. You’ll be the subject matter expert (SME) for the end-to-end people ownership of all non-transactional Employee Relations case activities (e.g., conduct, performance, grievance, sickness, and multifaceted cases).
  • Coach and support managers to deliver against standards across a broad spectrum of People Employee Relations matters.
  • Ensure activity outcomes are consistent and in line with our standard and assurance processes.
  • Lead and support lessons learned activities.
  • Be accountable for all case-related administration, including all standard issue letters.
  • Prepare, analyse, and report metrics, identifying trends and improvements.
  • Support the ER Governance Manager to deliver across a broad range of activities including HR projects, policy management, and supporting bespoke training.
