Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE?

This is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll provide expert ER advice, manage complex employee relations cases, and work directly with senior leaders across the business — all while ensuring compliance and best practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Deliver operational HR support across employee relations, including absence, grievance, disciplinary, and capability cases
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on all people-related matters
  • Proactively reduce ER risks by partnering with employment law experts and insurers
  • Champion policy development, legislative compliance, and employee wellbeing
  • Support TUPE and consultation processes where required
  • Deliver timely HR data, insight, and reporting
  • Help build manager confidence and capability in handling ER issues
