Employee Relations Associate An Employee Relations Associate (also known as “HR POC”) is under the Employee Relations Division of the Human Resources Department. The HR POC supports the development of a positive and compliant workplace culture by managing employee concerns, facilitating proper communication between employees and different departments, and ensuring alignment with company policies and values. This role is in the full support and guidance to the client-based employees, and is pivotal in maintaining trust, fairness, and accountability across the organization. Daily activities include: • Takes part in the pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding of employees. o Pre-boarding involves establishing connection with new hires before beginning employment. This also includes ensuring that all necessities on the first day are already prepared (including but not limited to login credentials, equipment, and employment contract) o Onboarding involves guidance on the first day up to the first months of employment, including answering inquiries and clarifications, and explaining HR POC processes and services. o Offboarding involves assistance in communicating the employee’s resignation, termination, client disengagement, and transfer in partnership with the Company’s Labor Relations Division. • Serves as the monitoring body for Hybrid & Remote Work Requests, Employee Travels, Triage and Client Transfer Process. This includes but is not limited to the collation and submission of necessary documents and ensuring that relevant departments and personnels are adhering to set timelines and deadlines. • Performance Management: Assist in the tracking and coordination of performance evaluation, as well as facilitating salary negotiation meetings with employees. (send the workflow to AMs – revisited process - include) • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee the approvals of leaves, overtime, and attendance concerns through the HRIS and Payroll system. Assist the Payroll and Benefits Division in checking and monitoring employee Perfect Attendance Bonus and Travel Allowance. • Labor Relations: Ensure employees adhere to Company policies and procedures, including signed agreements, contracts, and bonds. Any deviation and violation shall be handled with fairness and quick action, including the administration of preliminary disciplinary actions. • Employee Communications: Provides overall assistance and guidance to employees and serves as the first point of contact for all HR-related concerns, admin inquiries, and internal support. This includes ensuring that correct information is delivered to employee by communicating announcements and answering inquiries • Conduct regular employee check-ins to monitor well-being, performance, and morale of employees. Includes escalating sensitive issues to appropriate personnels within the organization. • Department Collaboration: Liaise accordingly with different departments for employee concerns and needs. Includes establishing an active and strong communication with departments such as Account Management, IT, Admin, Enablement and Finance to coordinate assistance for employees. • Review the wash-up billing and cross-check that the request has all required approvals from the Client, HR, and AM. Also, cross-check the accuracy of the details, whether it’s OT, ND, or others in the HRIS and Payroll system. • Reporting: Creating and delivering required reports in a timely manner, including statistics and analysis/observations as necessary. (ActivTrak reports, leave reports, etc) • Participation during client onboardings and catch-ups as necessary. • Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and data at all times.
