We're seeking an experienced HR professional to join a specialist Employee Relations team supporting a large, values-driven organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on challenging people matters while partnering with stakeholders to achieve practical and positive outcomes.


You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, providing expert advice and guidance across a diverse range of employee relations matters. While you'll be trusted to work independently, you'll also be surrounded by colleagues who value collaboration, knowledge sharing and sound judgement.


About the role

In this role, you'll partner with HR stakeholders and leaders to manage a broad range of employee relations matters including:

  • performance management
  • conduct and serious misconduct matters
  • workplace grievances and complaints
  • dispute resolution
  • organisational change initiatives
  • industrial relations advice and interpretation
  • investigations, case management and documentation

You'll act as a trusted adviser, helping stakeholders navigate complex employment matters while ensuring fair, compliant and practical outcomes.


What we're looking for

We're interested in hearing from HR professionals who can demonstrate:

  • employee relations and case management experience
  • confidence managing performance, conduct, grievance and workplace investigations
  • excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • the ability to provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice
  • strong written communication skills, including preparation of reports, correspondence and recommendations
  • experience interpreting enterprise agreements, workplace policies and employment legislation
  • a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach and sound professional judgement

Experience in higher education, government, healthcare or other large and complex organisations will be highly regarded, however candidates from diverse industry backgrounds with strong ER capability are encouraged to apply.
