Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to lead complex employee relations and workplace investigations across our national business. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to expert for conduct, grievance and investigation matters, partnering closely with leaders and the People team to deliver fair, consistent and defensible outcomes. What you’ll be doing Lead and manage complex ER cases including misconduct, grievances, bullying, harassment and performance-related matters Act as the escalation point and key decision-maker on high-risk or sensitive cases Oversee and conduct workplace investigations, ensuring quality, consistency and procedural fairness Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice to leaders and People Partners Coach and develop a Case Advisor and uplift ER capability across the business Track trends and risks, contributing to continuous improvement of ER frameworks and practices. What we’re looking for 5+ years’ experience in employee relations, workplace relations or investigations Strong knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, awards, ER processes) Proven experience managing complex conduct and investigation matters end-to-end Confident advisor who can influence at all levels Calm, resilient and highly organised in fast-paced, high-risk environments Tertiary qualification in HR, Law, Workplace Relations or equivalent experience.
