We oversee all aspects of employee/industrial relations, from enterprise agreements and dispute resolution to risk minimisation and strategic workforce outcomes. We are currently offering a permanent position and a 12 month fixed-term opportunity , providing flexibility for candidates seeking either long-term career growth or a defined-term role. In this role, you will:   Deliver effective employee relations solutions and provide expert advice to a diverse range of stakeholders   Collaborate closely with stakeholders including leadership, unions, legal teams and government bodies   Oversee and manage employee relations matters, identifying, investigating and resolving issues through data analysis, reporting and audits   Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, policies and industrial frameworks   Support the management of complex industrial and employment relations matters   Design and deliver training to employees and clients where required   Travel across the network as needed to support operational requirements   For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack.       About you   You are an experienced Employee Relations professional with a strong understanding of employment law, employee/industrial relations and policy frameworks.    You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong and effective stakeholder relationships   You are highly organised and able to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines   You are confident in handling complex matters and providing practical, solutions-focused advice   Experience working in a highly unionised environment will be highly regarded.     Who we are   Transport for NSW provides a safe, integrated, and efficient transport system.
