• Identify internal and external labor-management trends and establish strategies
• Labor council planning and operation
• Planning and implementation of global ER diagnosis/inspection
• Preparation of labor risk management and preventive measures
• Support for factory labor management and establish measures to improve labor-management relations
• Listen to opinions from factory workers and establish improvement plans
• Factory collective bargaining response
• Response to labor-related issues
