Working Pattern: Hybrid, with approximately 2 days per week in the London office
Salary: Circa £55,000 Per Annum - depending on experience

The role: As our Employee Relations Manager, you will champion and support a positive workplace culture through the effective proactive and reactive management of employee relations activity at DCA. Reporting to the People Director, you will provide commercially focused, legally compliant, and values-led advice, coaching, and guidance to leaders across the business on a broad range of employee relations matters.
You will manage ER casework, working proactively to identify trends, address root causes, and support the development of leadership capability to manage people issues confidently. You will also contribute to the ongoing improvement of policies, processes, and tools to promote consistency and fairness across DCA.
You will also work and manage projects along with the other People Team Leads in relation to cross collaborative working initiatives that will improve, enhance or change the performance of DCA.
