Description
Design, develop and deliver workshops on disciplinary policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to promote a culture of accountability across the organization and to provide Etihad with high quality and procedure aligned to industry's best practices. Manage the relationship with the Legal Department, Ethics and Compliance, Security, EMC and any other department necessary, to ensure that all incidents and cases are managed according to the recognized procedures and are complaint with the Code of Conduct and legal requirements in the appropriate country. Bachelors degree or equivalent HR professional qualification preferable Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in 2-3 disciplines or a generalist role
