Our client a large company in the service space based out of Westwood, MA is looking for an Employee Relations Human Resources Manager on a direct hire basis as soon as possible. This person will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring effective communication between employees and management. This position is responsible for managing employee relations, addressing workplace issues, and implementing strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in human capital management, talent management, and data analysis to support the organization’s goals.
The HR Employee Relations Manager leads and directs key HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role oversees employee relations, supports organizational development, and partners with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of HR management experience (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and diplomacy in high-pressure situations
  • Analytical with strong planning and organizational skills
  • High integrity and professionalism, with strong judgment and confidentiality
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems
    This Employee Relations Human Resources Manager role is essential for creating a harmonious workplace culture where employees feel valued, heard, and motivated to contribute their best efforts. This would be in an in-office Mon-Fri traditional office hours schedule with a salary in the $90-110K range. Position would come with a full benefits package and the client is traditionally one that moves quickly through the interview process.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and enforce HR policies and procedures
