Job Description We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in Employee Relations, capable of working autonomously in complex cases and supporting business leaders in demanding, high-impact environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance to managers on complex employee relations topics (e.g. performance management, restructuring, employee well-being, conflict resolution) Lead or support sensitive cases in close collaboration with Legal and HR teams Assess risks and support decision-making aligned with legal frameworks and company values Act as a trusted business partner, influencing stakeholders in challenging and high-stakes situations Identify trends and patterns, proactively advising on risk mitigation and best practices Contribute to cross-functional discussions to ensure consistency in HR policies and practices Support and develop managers by strengthening people management capabilities at scale Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Employee Relations / HR Consulting or similar positions Strong knowledge of Labor Law (multi-country experience is a plus) Proven experience managing stakeholders in complex environments Experience in areas such as performance management, restructuring, or organizational change (preferred) Fluent in English (mandatory) High level of autonomy and sound judgment in ambiguous situations Strong critical thinking and ability to connect the dots Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills Ability to balance multiple perspectives and align competing interests High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism Additional Information Location: Parque das Nações, Lisboa Work Model: Hybrid (max. of 2 times per week in the office) Compensation: EUR 2500 - EUR 3000 - monthly
