Overview
We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our Employee Relations (ER) team in Glasgow. As an ER Partner you will play a crucial role in supporting a comprehensive Employee Relations program to meet business needs and ensure solutions are effectively integrated. This role involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to address employee relations issues, manage employment litigation, and support Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities across the UK and EMEA. You’ll have experience in employment law and be adept at coaching and guiding HR teams and business leaders.
