About the role The role of Employee Relations Specialist provides specialist advice to the People team and broader organisation on all on employment and industrial relations matters, including enterprise bargaining, agreement interpretation, policy development and employment legislation. This is a contract position until late April 2027 and is based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities. At least 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar corporate role (aged care or other not for profit organisation experience is desirable) Knowledge of current employment issues in the aged care sector, whether via research into the sector or by experience gained in the sector Strong understanding of employment law Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders Demonstrated skills in analytical problem solving and research skills Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as industrial relations, law, or human resources and/or demonstrated relevant experience To Apply If you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!
