Required Education and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related field. Preferred Education and Experience ● Experience working in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities. ● At least three to five years of experience as a People and Culture generalist. Responsibilities

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will implement People and Culture programs and provide various services including benefits management and employee relations. You will also manage training compliance and safety records.
