iSchool is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team and help cultivate a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to addressing employee concerns, fostering effective communication, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. As an Employee Relations Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include handling employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a collaborative environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance and support on HR practices and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve employee relations issues by investigating concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. Serve as a mediator for disputes among employees, helping to maintain positive working relationships. Offer training and support to managers on effective employee relations and compliance topics. Analyze employee feedback and conduct exit interviews to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Support the HR team in policy formulation and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of a year of experience in employee relations or HR. Thorough understanding of employment law and legislation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong analytical skills to assess complex employee issues.
