About the role..
An exciting role exists for an Employee Relations (ER) professional with a strong background in managing industrial relations within healthcare, allied health, or disability sectors. You excel at guiding organisations through workplace relations projects and issues and finding good outcomes for multiple stakeholders.
As a trusted advisor, you empower leadership teams to effectively address employee relations challenges while ensuring adherence to relevant laws, awards, and enterprise agreements. Your expertise and collaborative approach make you a trusted advisor and positive role model.
Responsibilities:
Lead IR/ER projects associated with mergers, acquisitions and growth,
Develop and implement IR/ER strategies that achieve organisational and legal requirements.
Guide the design of enterprise agreements and lead negotiations,
Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters, including award & agreement interpretation, enterprise agreement making, and workplace disputes.
Support HR in managing complex employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Support compliance with laws, awards, and regulations within the hospital, allied health, and disability sectors.
Support organisational learning by delivering training and guidance to managers and staff on IR/ ER related topics.
