Description Job Title: Employee Service Representative Department: Help Desk Location: Remote Job Summary The?Employee Service Representative?uses?extensive knowledge and skills obtained through experience and training to assist in the development,?implementation,?and solutions?for?PuzzleHR?clients and their employees.?The person in this position also has the opportunity to elevate their skills to become a chosen mentor to new employees. Job Duties Create effective?and informational employee?communications through email, call, and text touchpoints.? Address and/or redirect?new queries regarding?different departments.?? Complete verifications of employment, wage verifications, and other ad-hoc data entry projects. Perform other duties assigned as projects. Provide excellent customer service to all employees from our various clients. Research and keep updated the given databases in order to provide accurate information to the employees. Develop and maintain relationships and communications with internal partners via phone, email, and video conference. Creation of SOPs, training, and process improvement suggestions. Required Skills Able to navigate?a variety of HR systems and platforms such as payroll, benefits, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS.?? Understanding of benefits plans. Good written and oral communication.? Able to handle sensitive and confidential information.?? Organize, manage, and track?multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.? Ability to collaborate with team members. Education and Experience A minimum of?two (2) years?in related?human resources experience.? PHR/SHRM Certification preferred but not required.?? Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to participate in video conferences/meetings.
