Description
Create your best future and join Westpac as an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Lead, People Experiences   What’s the role? As EVP Lead, People Experiences, you’ll own and evolve Westpac’ enterprise Employee Value Proposition clarifying what it truly means to work here, what we offer, what we expect and why it matters. This is a strategic, enterprise‑wide role focused on defining a clear, credible and differentiated EVP, grounded in real employee experiences and brought to life consistently across the employee lifecycle. From career moments that shape belonging and growth, to the everyday experiences that influence engagement and trust, you’ll define the narrative and architecture that sits at the heart of how we attract, engage and retain talent. Working closely with senior leaders and teams across the People portfolio and partnering with Brand, Talent Acquisition and Corporate Affairs you’ll translate workforce insights, employee listening and market intelligence into a future‑fit EVP that supports Westpac’s ambition to be a great place to work. This is a permanent, full‑time role ideally based in Sydney, with flexibility to be located elsewhere in Australia.   What do I need? You’ll combine strategic thinking, proposition design and influence, with the ability to move comfortably between insight, narrative and execution. You’ll likely have: * Proven experience leading EVP, employer brand, people experience or proposition‑led work in a large, complex organisation * Strong strategy capability, translating insight into clear priorities, frameworks and roadmaps * An evidence‑led mindset, using workforce data, employee listening and market insight to inform decisions * Confidence influencing senior leaders and working across People, Brand and other enterprise partners * A human‑centred approach and passion for designing experiences that genuinely matter   Why join us? We’re obsessed with becoming our customers’ #1 banking partner for life and equally committed to making Westpac the best place to work in the country.  In this role, you’ll shape the EVP of one of Australia’s largest employers at a pivotal moment aligning employee experience with our purpose, customer strategy and external brand. Here are just a few of the ways we’re already doing that: * Special offers on banking products and discounts from top brands, including generous employee-only mortgage rates! * Flexible work arrangements to help you achieve a greater work/life balance, and a variety of leave options including Culture, Lifestyle and Wellbeing leave.  * Tailored learning and development opportunities to help your grow your career within the bank.  * Lots of opportunities to ‘give back’ to the Community by getting involved in our many volunteering initiatives.   Create your future today To get started, simply click on the APPLY or APPLY NOW button We’re all about creating a supportive and inclusive community.
