ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to take ownership of shaping and elevating IVC Evidensia’s employer brand across all touchpoints? We’re seeking an innovative and proactive Employer Brand and Attraction Executive to join our team. You’ll be a key player in building our brand reputation externally and fostering employee engagement internally through authentic storytelling and advocacy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in employer branding, user-generated content, and employee advocacy to help us attract, engage, and retain top talent across a diverse and expanding business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own and Evolve Employer Brand Strategy: Lead the ongoing delivery and execution of our employer brand strategy to ensure IVC Evidensia is recognised as a top employer within the veterinary and broader professional community. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to keep our brand fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • User-Generated Content & Employee Advocacy: Drive the creation and curation of authentic user-generated content by collaborating closely with employees at all levels. Build and activate employee advocacy programs that empower our people to share their stories, amplifying our brand voice across social and professional networks.
  • Reputation Management: Proactively manage and enhance our employer brand reputation on key external platforms such as Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor feedback, engage with reviews, and implement strategies to strengthen our employer credibility and appeal.
  • Social Media Leadership: Design and deliver engaging, multi-channel social media campaigns that showcase our unique culture, values, and employee experience. Build and nurture online communities to increase engagement and attract potential candidates.
  • Content Creation & Campaign Management: Lead the development of compelling, authentic, and SEO-optimised content aligned to our EVP, including videos, blogs, testimonials, and other digital assets. Manage a strategic content calendar to ensure consistent, impactful, and discoverable messaging across all digital channels.
  • Project Management & Collaboration: Coordinate employer brand initiatives and campaigns, managing relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to meet objectives and deliver outputs.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Marketing, and other departments to embed our employer brand and EVP consistently across the employee lifecycle. Create toolkits and resources that enable employees to become confident brand ambassadors.
