EMCD is an international fintech product company. Our distributed team works from all over the world and we're looking for someone who will shape and grow our employer brand so that employees feel proud to be part of EMCD, and candidates dream of joining us. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute our employer brand strategy both internally (culture, engagement) and externally (employer reputation on the market). Main focus - build external HR Brand for 4 business units. Launch projects that connect our global team and build a sense of unity across countries, languages, and time zones. Organize internal events (online and offline), manage company merch, and develop our visual identity. Develop external communications social media, publications, conference participation, and employer branding campaigns. Collaborate closely with designers, HR, and marketing to create impactful and consistent solutions. Take a data-driven approach form hypotheses, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve processes. Who you are You have proven experience building and executing employer brand strategies (both internal and external) You've worked in globally distributed teams. You've launched culture and engagement projects that genuinely brought people together. You understand product and fintech environments. You make decisions based on data and insights.
