Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing, and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. About the Role:
This is a hands-on role reporting to the Talent Engagement Leader, Supply Chain & Procurement, working on key activities and campaigns to support the attraction of talent for Diageo. You’ll love forming relationships, working collaboratively, uncover challenges and useful insights that help you come up with creative solutions that innovate.
From channel strategy, content planning and creation, to devising communications and running campaigns, you’ll effortlessly manage employer brand activity that helps to build our employer brand and reputation with diverse audiences across our Supply Chain & Procurement organisation. You’ll understand the power of advocacy and storytelling, and your knowledge of the talent space and what candidates look for in employers, ensures you prioritize penetrating key candidate moments with the right content in the right format at the right moment, increasing conversion at every stage of quality diverse talent.
