Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for people and culture? We’re looking for a proactive and imaginative Branding & Communications Executive to help us bring Genting’s employer brand to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to make an impact through engaging content, internal campaigns, and vibrant communications.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Plan and create content for social media, internal channels, and the Genting Careers site - including videos, images, and positive news stories.
  • Analyse platform performance and support review cycles to improve reach and engagement.
  • Promote our employer brand through employee reviews, recruitment events, and various digital platforms.
  • Support rebranding projects (e.g. posters, uniforms, photoshoots) and ensure consistency in tone and visuals.
  • Draft internal communications like newsletters and posters, and assist in running campaigns around wellbeing, DEI, recognition, benefits and more.
  • Maintain the internal comms calendar and assist with organising engagement initiatives.
  • Research and support submissions for external awards and accolades.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for storytelling and tone of voice.
  • Creative and confident using tools like Canva and platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and curious, with a willingness to learn and contribute across teams.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, HR, or a related field is desirable.
