Your main focus will be content creation and storytelling - helping future candidates discover what it’s really like to work at Rydoo. Based in Belgium, this role follows a hybrid working model with one day per week spent in the office. 🎬 What you’ll doContent creation (main focus) Create engaging employer branding content for social media Film and edit short-form videos (office life, team moments, events, behind the scenes) Develop employee testimonials and culture stories Collaborate with Marketing’s brand designers to create visuals and graphics for social media posts and job ads Support the creation of creative job advertisement content Help maintain a consistent and attractive employer brand presence online Social media & digital presence Contribute to the employer branding content calendar Help plan and publish posts on social media Monitor engagement and suggest improvements Identify new content trends and propose creative ideas Culture & internal storytelling Snap and capture fun moments from events, team activities, and behind-the-scenes life at Rydoo Chat with teammates and turn their stories into content for our blog (Inside Rydoo) and YouTube channel Show off our hybrid work culture, team vibes, and all the little moments that make Rydoo unique Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Marketing, Communication, Media, HR, or similar) Available to work 16 hours per week Passionate about content creation, social media, and storytelling Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content Strong communication and writing skills in English Curious, creative, and proactive Organized and able to manage small projects independently 🧰 Tools & channels you’re comfortable with You are familiar with digital platforms commonly used for employer branding and content creation, such as: LinkedIn - for professional storytelling, employee spotlights, and job-related content Instagram - for visual culture content, team moments, and short-form videos YouTube - for longer-form content such as employee testimonials, office culture highlights, and deeper insights into our product and teams Experience with content creation tools is a plus, such as: Canva and/ or Figma - for creating visuals and social media assets CapCut or similar video editing tools for short-form and social video content Nice to Have Glassdoor Familiarity with employer review platforms and an understanding of how candidates research companies and employer reputation online. ✨ Why join Rydoo?
