Paragon is looking for a Employer Branding & Employee Experience Manager to lead how people experience the company, internally and externally. This role connects culture, brand, community and employee engagement. You will help bring Paragon’s unique culture and DNA to life through meaningful employee experiences, authentic storytelling, strong communities and social impact initiatives. Paragon already invests significantly in employee experience and culture, with a strong team and foundation. This role will elevate and connect these efforts while helping translate our culture and talent into a clear and compelling employer story. Responsibilities Lead the company’s Employee Experience strategy, including events, engagement initiatives and employee programs. Manage the Employee Experience team and elevate the quality, creativity and impact of experiences across the organization. Help shape Paragon’s employer brand and Employee Value Proposition. Identify and bring forward authentic company stories through conferences, meetups, speakers and content. Build and support internal communities around shared interests and professional topics. Lead social responsibility initiatives and community impact programs. Create proactive engagement initiatives and internal ambassador networks. Requirements 7+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Culture or Community roles. Strong project leadership and ability to lead cross-organizational initiatives. Strategic thinking combined with strong execution ability. Creative mindset with high attention to quality and detail. Someone who brings energy, creativity and taste, and enjoys building experiences that bring people together.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for leading the company's Employee Experience strategy, including events and engagement programs, while managing the team to elevate the quality and impact of organizational experiences.
