WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

  • You are currently enrolled as a student or just graduated in a relevant program of study e.g. business management, marketing, psychology or similar
  • You are fluent in English, German proficiency is a plus
  • You are hands-on, pragmatic, autonomous and willing to get things done
  • You feel comfortable with organizing, planning, project managing and collaborating with different stakeholders.
  • You will actively contribute creative ideas on organizational, culture and collaboration topics and events.
  • You will collect and analyze data on the whole people experience from Onboarding to Exit Interview.
  • You will be working on optimizing communication methods and formats to improve the organizational effectiveness
Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with one of our P&O sub-teams (Employer Branding and Culture) across the globe and ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
  • Develop and implement effective Employer Branding strategies to attract young talent.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with leading universities worldwide.
  • Analyze and enhance our social media platforms, and identify new marketing channels to bolster our employer brand.
  • Contribute your own ideas and lead projects in strong collaboration with team members.
  • Support preparation and strategy of internal communication
