You’ll work closely with our Employer Branding and People & Culture teams across countries to: Social Media: Support the planning and execution of employer branding content across social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) Create and curate content related to Culture, values, and EVP messaging, hiring campaigns, and employer brand initiatives Assist with full life cycle of content production: from draft captions and posts, support basic visual creation and video production (Canva, CapCut, and similar tools) to coordinate with internal teams for content sourcing Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics Continuously research employer branding trends and competitor activity to suggest new content ideas Internal Communication - Company, People and DEI: Support internal communication initiatives related to business updates and culture activities, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) storytelling and campaigns, etc. Assist in preparing internal communication materials: Internal posts, newsletters, emails, and intranet content Support employer branding campaigns, internal events, and culture initiatives Team Project: Support the Employer Branding team with projects such as tech community building, Tech/AI-adoption initiatives. Provide administrative and operational support when needed. You'll be a great fit if you have Experience managing social media pages or content (personal projects or internships) Interest in people storytelling, culture, and DEI topics Basic understanding of employer branding or recruitment marketing Basic AI literacy: able to use AI tools to draft ideas/scripts and iterate quickly and knows how to fact-check and edit before publishing Requirements Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, HR, Media, or related fields Strong interest in employer branding, people communication, and company culture Good writing and speaking skills in English & Vietnamese Familiarity with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) Basic design & video editing skills using Canva, CapCut or similar tools Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn What you'll gain: (besides our default internship allowance package & benefit) Hands-on experience in employer branding and people communications Exposure to internal communications, EVP, and DEI initiatives Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, MNC organization Mentorship from Employer Branding and People & Culture leaders A portfolio of real employer branding and communication projects
