We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic, and creative Employer Branding Lead to champion and deliver compelling branding strategies for our global clients. In this client-facing role, you’ll lead innovative employer brand initiatives across diverse industries, combining storytelling, marketing know-how, and event expertise to build authentic and impactful experiences.
Whilst employer branding remains the central focus of this role, you will also take ownership of key marketing and event functions—managing social media (especially LinkedIn), overseeing our website, CRM, personal branding initiatives, press activity, and executing high-profile events and product launches.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or brand communications—agency or client-side.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects for international clients.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding strategy and EVP development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills—both written and verbal.
  • Experience with social media strategy (especially LinkedIn), content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Proficient in managing websites, CRM systems, and event planning tools.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, content, and storytelling.
