KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both German and English (additional European languages advantagous)
  • 3-5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media management and content creation tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Graphic design and video production skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an innovative and strategic Employer Branding Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our HR and Internal Communications team. In this role, you will shape and enhance our employer brand by collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Marketing to attract top talent and foster employee engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a robust employer branding strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand current employer brand perception and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create compelling content (videos, blogs, social media posts, etc.) that showcases the company culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.
  • Manage the company’s career website, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
  • Develop and manage a social media strategy that highlights the employer brand on platforms such as LinkedIn, Kununu, Indeed, and other relevant sites.
  • Work closely with the HR and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all employer branding initiatives.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and create targeted recruitment marketing campaigns, utilizing analytics to track their effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on employer brand performance and initiatives to senior leadership.
