In this role, you will work closely with HR and marketing teams to develop and implement branding strategies that promote our company culture, values, and unique employee value proposition.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment within a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and online branding tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and gauge effectiveness of branding strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and improve employee engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, career websites, and job postings that showcases Driven Properties’ culture and values.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and best practices in employer branding.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to align employer branding initiatives with hiring goals.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer review sites.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach programs to strengthen the company’s presence.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives through metrics and feedback.
  • Engage employees in branding initiatives, encouraging their participation in sharing their experiences and testimonials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools for employer branding.
